We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team and lead marketing efforts for our cutting-edge products and services. The ideal candidate will be a creative storyteller with a data-driven mindset, capable of developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role involves deep collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, sales, and public relations, to shape our go-to-market strategies and deliver impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for new product launches, feature updates, and ongoing campaigns. This includes defining target audiences, crafting compelling messaging, and determining the most effective marketing channels.

Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Use these insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and overall marketing strategy.

Content and Messaging: Own the creation of marketing content, including product messaging, case studies, blog posts, and digital assets. Ensure a consistent brand voice and message across all marketing touchpoints.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure the success of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, events, partnerships).

Collaboration and Leadership: Partner closely with product management, sales, and engineering teams to align on business objectives and ensure a cohesive strategy. Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.

Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. An MBA is often a plus, especially for senior roles.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or a related marketing role, preferably in the technology sector.

Skills:

Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.

Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Power BI).

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling stories.

Collaboration: Experience working in a matrixed organization and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
